1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ayodhya App ("App") developed by BROVITECH SOLUTIONS LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and community members.

2. Description of Service

The Ayodhya App is a mobile application that provides:

• Virtual darshan of Ram Lalla and other Ayodhya temples
• Live streaming of aarti at Ram Mandir and Saryu Ghat
• Bhajans, aarti audio, and religious content
• Offline maps of Ayodhya temples and sacred sites
• Yatra planning tools and information
• A community platform for Ram Bhakts (Bhakt Sangh)
• Information about Ram Mandir timings, VIP passes, and darshan

The App is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid premium features in the future, which will be clearly communicated.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Some features of the App (particularly Bhakt Sangh community) require creating an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at ayodhyadham@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Users under 18 should use the App with parental guidance.

4. Community Conduct — Bhakt Sangh Guidelines

The Bhakt Sangh community is a sacred space for Ram Bhakts. All users must adhere to the following guidelines:

4.1 Prohibited Content

• Content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or disrespectful toward any religion, deity, sect, or community
• Political content, election campaigning, or politically divisive material
• Spam, commercial advertisements, or promotional content not approved by BROVITECH
• Misinformation about religious practices, temple timings, or darshan procedures
• Content that violates another user's privacy or shares personal information without consent
• Illegal content of any kind
• Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination

4.2 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate them, without prior notice.

5. User Content

By posting content in the Bhakt Sangh community, you grant BROVITECH SOLUTIONS LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and for promotional purposes related to the App.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you share, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App created by BROVITECH — including the app design, logo, written content, original bhajan recordings, app features, and software — is the intellectual property of BROVITECH SOLUTIONS LLP and protected by Indian copyright law.

Traditional religious content (Vedic shlokas, traditional bhajans, Ramayana text) is in the public domain. Specific arrangements, translations, or recordings created by BROVITECH remain our property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Religious Content Disclaimer

The Ayodhya App provides religious information, content, and experiences in good faith for the benefit of Ram Bhakts. We make the following clarifications:

• Temple timings, VIP pass availability, and darshan slot information are provided based on available data and may change. Always verify current timings with the official Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra website.
• Virtual darshan is a technology-assisted experience and is provided as a supplement to, not a replacement for, physical pilgrimage.
• Religious guidance shared in the Bhakt Sangh community reflects individual members' personal beliefs and is not official religious advice.
• BROVITECH does not claim authority on matters of religious doctrine or scripture interpretation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BROVITECH SOLUTIONS LLP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be available at all times without interruption
• Live streams will be available without technical issues
• Information about temple timings and services will always be current and accurate
• The App will be free of bugs, errors, or viruses

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BROVITECH SOLUTIONS LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the App shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings section. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage users to first contact us at ayodhyadham@gmail.com to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
